Mr. Jain has been an integral part of AU Bank for over 15 years, playing a pivotal role during its evolution from an NBFC to a leading Small Finance Bank. His journey began with raising essential capital for the organization, followed by establishing and managing the Bank’s Treasury function, laying the foundation for robust financial governance and liquidity management. 

In his current role as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Jain leads AU Bank’s Technology, Digital Banking, Credit Cards, and Unsecured Loans verticals. He has been instrumental in shaping the institution into a tech-first, impact-driven financial brand. His key focus areas include:
