Eligibility
- Existing AU Small Finance Bank customers with active customer relationship numbers (Cust ID) can participate
- The referred person must not have any existing relationship with the bank
Types of Referrals
- Referrers can recommend prospective customers for Savings Accounts, Corporate Salary Account or Credit Cards
The bank may extend the program to cover additional products in the future
Reward Limit
- Customers can earn rewards for up to 20 successful referrals, with a maximum potential reward of ₹5,000
Fair Play
- In case of multiple referrers for the same person, the last referral link clicked by the referred person takes precedence
Reward Disbursement
- You can choose any one voucher from the available brands: Amazon Pay, Myntra, Blinkit, or PVR
- Rewards are delivered as ₹250 voucher via email/SMS, based on your selected brand.
- The Bank is not liable for delays in voucher delivery

When will I receive my referral reward?
Rewards are typically processed within 5 working days of a successful referral.
What if my friend registered but we didn't get the reward?
Ensure your friend registered through your invite link, clicked your referral link last, and check if you've reached the 20-referral limit.
In case of Salary Account referral, please confirm if your friend’s first salary has been credited into their newly opened account.
Can I alter the referral link for sharing?
No, any alterations to the link may result in the Bank being unable to authenticate the referral.
How can I track my referral activity?
Login to the referral portal via AU 0101 App or via website to view the number of invites sent and to track successful referrals.
