Things to know

How to register for Corporate Mobile Banking?

Follow these simple steps to start using our Corporate Mobile Banking service:

  • If you are a first time user, after the Corporate NetBanking setup is completed, user id activation must be done from the activation link sent to the user’s registered mail id.
  • Once user id is activated, download and install our AU Corporate Mobile Banking App on your smartphone. Android users will find this app on the Google Play Store and iOS users can get it from the App Store.
  • Open the AU Corporate Mobile Banking App, select the SIM which is registered in your id with the bank and click on proceed.
  • Enter your Corporate NetBanking login id and password in the next screen and click on proceed.
  • Enter the OTP which is received on your registered mobile number and email id.
  • Set MPIN on the next screen. Once done, registration successful message will come.
  • After registration, login id will automatically populate and cannot be edited. You can log in to the app by entering either MPIN or your existing Corporate NetBanking password & OTP and start enjoying the Corporate Mobile Banking experience.

Eligibility

To be eligible for Corporate Mobile Banking, you should have a preexisting business account with us and an activated Corporate NetBanking User ID and Password.

NEFT/RTGS timings

National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT) and Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) services are available to all our corporate customers on all days, including weekends and holidays.
