Important to know

  • All the request raised by customers after 6 pm will be eligible from next working day
  • Only service requests with complete documentation as per process will qualify
  • if you are entitled for Gift Voucher it will be sent within 7 working days* of service request generation
  • Steps to claim Gift Voucher
    • Once you receive an Email and a SMS from GYFTR with a link to claim the Gift Voucher
    • You must enter the registered Mobile number (Resident customer) Email (Non- resident customer) and login with an OTP sent.
    • Once claimed a mail with voucher details will be sent for redemption.
