  • Contact your Relationship Manager: You can request your human resources team to assist you with the contact details of the AU Small Finance Bank Relationship Manager and share relevant details for opening an AU Royale Salary Account. 
  • Visit your nearest branch: Walk-in to your nearest branch with your KYC documents and passport-sized photographs. You can fill in the application form at the branch to get the process started.

Eligibility

  • You need to be a resident of India.
  • Net Salary credit of  INR 1 Lakh
or more
    OR

    Maintain an Average Monthly Balance of

    INR 1 Lakh at group level*

    OR

    Maintain a Fixed Deposit (FD) of INR 20 lakhs at group level* (tenure >= 6 months)
  • *A group in an AU Royale program is defined as a family of blood relationships such as parents, children, spouse, siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren. All family members are entitled to the same benefits. A maximum of 6 members are allowed in a group.
  • Should be an employee on the payroll of an entity empanelled for AU Small Finance Bank Enterprise Salary Program

Eligibility Criteria for Milestone

  • Complete total spends of Rs. 5,000 or more using AU Royale Debit Card (online or in-store) within 4 months of joining the AU Royale banking program.
  • AND
  • Get Net Salary Credit## of Rs. 1 Lakhs per month for 2 consecutive months OR
  • Maintain a combined Average Monthly Balance (AMB) of Rs. 1 lakh or more across all AU Royale Accounts grouped together,
    OR
  • Maintain a Fixed Deposit (FD)  of Rs. 20 lakhs or more (tenure >= 6 months) across all customers grouped together, in the month when the spending criteria is met, within the 4th calendar month.


##In case of Salary Account group, only salary account under primary group ID will be considered. The customer needs to receive a salary credit or maintain AMB/TRV in the month of qualification, in addition to meeting the above stated offer criteria. In case of Salary Account group, the first salary credit should start within 3 months of onboarding. Amazon Voucher milestone offering applicable only for accounts onboarded from 1st July 2025 onwards.

Prepare yourself to open your Salary Account online by keeping the following items handy:

  • Aadhaar Card Number
  • Original PAN Card
  • A blank paper and pen to capture your signature
  • Employment Confirmation proof:
    
1) OTP verification via your official corporate Email ID

    2) First page of the offer letter (dated within the last 4 months)
OR

    3) Latest Salary Slip (dated within the last 60 days)
OR
    4) Employee ID card

    Documents Required for AU Royale Salary Account opening by Relationship Manager or at Branch:

    Application form
    Recent colored photograph.
    KYC documents such as passport, Voter ID, or Aadhaar card, and address proof, like driving license or utility bills.

What does family grouping mean in AU Royale Salary Account?

A group in an AU Royale Salary Program is defined as a family of blood relationships such as parents, children, spouse, siblings. All family members are entitled to the same benefits. A maximum of 5 members are allowed in a group.

What is the eligibility criteria for AU Royale Salary Account and what happens if the criteria is not maintained?

An Individual employed with an empaneled Corporate Salary relationship and earning a salary of INR 1 Lakh or more per month (net take home salary) is eligible for the Program. Alternatively, in absence of salary credit, customer needs to maintain INR 1 Lakh as Average Monthly Balance in the Savings Accounts or INR 20 Lakhs in Fixed Deposit (tenure >= 6 months) across all family members of the Family group.

In the event of no salary credit in customer’s Salary Account for any continuous three months, the Bank reserves the right to change the status of your AU Royale Salary Account and the accounts of the family members, to AU Savings Account variant as per the applicability without any intimation to the account holder and the Terms & Conditions as applicable to the Savings Account variant shall apply to this account from the date of change of status.
