How do I use BillPay (Bharat Connect)? Using the Bharat Connect is quite simple and straightforward. Just follow the steps below to complete the payment:

Log in to our AU 0101 App/NetBanking and click on Bill Pay

Choose the bill that you want to pay from the different categories of bill payments

Fill in the details of the bill that you wish to pay such as the amount, biller ID etc.

Confirm the details and pay the bill

The amount will be deducted from your bank account, and you will receive a confirmation SMS.
What’s more! You can set-up AutoPay/Standing Instruction for all your bills. You won’t have to manually pay bills every time. Just set AutoPay and leave it all to us. In case of any issues or discrepancies in the bill payment, the amount deducted, or the bill generated, you can use the consumer redressal service for support and assistance.

What is BillPay (Bharat Connect)?
BillPay (Bharat Connect) is an integrated online platform developed by the National Payments Corporation of India for bill payments. The platform provides an easy-to-use service through for consumers to make all kinds of bill payments - anytime, anywhere.
What are benefits of using BillPay (Bharat Connect)?
The biggest advantage is that consumers have ‘control’ over all their bill payments in one place,which can be paid anytime, anywhere. A payment can be done on through the AU 0101 App/NetBanking, Website or AU Small Finance Bank Branches.
How can I use BillPay (Bharat Connect)?
Bill payments from Bharat Connect can be made using:
- Bill payment option in your AU 0101 App/NetBanking.
By visiting your nearest AU Small Finance Bank Branch to make the payment.
First, choose the category of the bill for which you want to make a payment and then fill in the bill details and complete the payment.
What is the Fetch Bill option?
When paying your utility bills, you are not required to enter your bill amount. The system will fetch the amount from the biller and display it on the screen automatically. This service is only applicable for billers who have enabled a fetch service.
Are there any charges for making payments using BillPay (Bharat Connect)?
Currently, no charges are levied for bill payment through BillPay (Bharat Connect) on AU 0101 Mobile & Internet Banking
What are the timings for BillPay transactions?
BillPay (Bharat Connect) services are available 24 hours a day, all days of the week, throughout the year, including all public holidays. At AU Small Finance Bank branches, the service is available only during banking hours.
If the transaction is incomplete, when will I get my money back?
In the event of a failed or incomplete transaction, the amount will be returned to you through the same payment mode within 2-3 working days.
How long will it take for payment confirmation?
A payment confirmation will be instantaneously sent to the registered mobile number upon the successful completion of the transaction.
How can I view my transaction status?
You can view your transactions by visiting the transaction history option on the bill payment menu in AU 0101 App / NetBanking
What are the current biller categories in BillPay (Bharat Connect)?
Bharat Connect offers bill payment categories like electricity, credit card, mobile postpaid, insurance, FASTag, gas (cylinder), gas (piped), DTH, loan repayment, landline postpaid, water, broadband postpaid, municipal taxes, education fee etc. in one single window.
What are the applicable terms and conditions?
- Currently, we offer Bill Payment under Bharat Connect through our AU 0101 App/NetBanking, and at our bank branches.
Non-receipt of instant confirmation over SMS/email due to communication service disruption is beyond our control.
Web Browser compatibility is applicable, i.e., Internet Explorer 9 and above, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox.
Availability of payment options (Fetch/Quick pay) is subject to the facility offered by the biller concerned.
Currently, no charges are being levied; however, the same is subject to change as per Bharat Connect rules and guidelines.
