FX-Retail Platform launched on 5th August 2019 and is an electronic trading platform for buying and selling foreign exchange (FX) currencies by retail customers of banks which includes Individuals, NRIs, Sole Proprietorship Firms, Partnership Firms, Private/ Public Limited Companies, Micro. Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) etc. It allows customers to place orders and trade in USD/INR currency pair, providing a fair and transparent way to access the FX market.
