3. How to get login for Corporate Net Banking (CNB)?
To access CNB, you need to have a current account with AU Bank and register for Corporate Net Banking. On registration, you will be sent e-mail with link for activation of ID and setting up of password. Link will be active for 24 hours. Once password setup is done you can login to CNB by visiting on www.aubank.in .
4. What are the various modes of fund transfer available through Corporate Net Banking (CNB)?
Using CNB you can do funds transfer to AU Bank and Non-AU Bank accounts. You can transfer funds to single beneficiary or up to 4,000 beneficiaries using Bulk File Upload by IFT / NEFT/RTGS.
5. Do I have to use any specific format for funds transfer using the Bulk Upload Facility?

6. What is the limit on the amount of funds that can be transferred through Corporate Net Banking (CNB)?
Transaction limits are specified at user-level basis request provided to bank. If the limits are not specified in the form, left blank or the default daily limit will be ₹50lacs.
7. What should be done when an error message appear in CNB?
Due to technical issue, if customers are getting error message then customer has to capture screen shot and send an e-mail to customer care team through the registered e-mail ID to tech.support@aubank.in or inform branch.
8. What are the different type of access can be provided for users?
Basis need corporate can assign various user roles i.e. for view and transactions

12. Do I need to submit any documents for CNB along with request format?
For companies Board Resolution is needed and for Partnership firms a letter in prescribed format is required. These documents need to have the type of access and transaction limits with details of users.
13. What is the process to be followed in case a password has been forgotten/ expired?
If you do not remember your password or a password has expired, you can reset the same yourself by clicking on forget password option and providing answer to security questions selected at the time of first time setup.
14. How can I change my transaction limits on CNB?
To change the transaction limit of user, CNB modification form along with Partnership letter / Board resolution as applicable is required.
If the revised limits are not mentioned or marked as 'unlimited', the default limit will be Rs. 50 lakh per day.
15. What are the timings for IMPS transactions through Corporate Net Banking?
IMPS will be available 24X7 on all days including Sunday and Holidays.
