How can I avail these benefit?
- Download the Care Health Insurance App from Google Play/App Store and Click here to know the procedure for availing the benefits
- Login with your registered mobile number, given at the time of enrolment
- Details of respective benefits will be shown
What is the time for e-consultation?
You can avail doctor consultation any day between 10 AM to 8 PM
How many times can I avail e-Consultation in a year?
You are allowed e-consultation unlimited times in a year. The service is available only after registration on the CARE HEALTH INSURANCE Mobile Application
What is the process for availing e-consultation?
- Open Care Health Insurance App and Select "Consult Now" option
- Select doctor from the listing and click on "consult now"
- You will be directed to a chat page wherein you can converse with the doctor. Alternatively you can also opt for voice call and you will be connected within 30 minutes
- You can upload consultation related documents while consulting the doctor
- You can download your prescription by clicking download option
How can I avail pharmacy benefit?
In order to avail the Pharmacy benefit, please follow the below mentioned process:
- Click on "Reward" Tab
- Scroll through to view Pharmacy voucher details
- View the offer and click on Confirm purchase
- Voucher will be generated of the specified pharmacy which can be utilized at network website/app
Can I buy medicine/pharmacy from my nearby store and claim the amount from company?
You can avail Pharmacy benefits only at applicable network.
What are the tests included in health check-up benefit?
Below mentioned tests are included in health check-up benefit:
- Test Parameters Name
- Lipid Profile
- Diabetic screening
- Complete Urine Examination
- Thyroid Profile
- Complete Hemogram
How can I use health check-up benefit?
In order to avail the Health Check-up please follow the below mentioned steps:
- Click on “Reward” Tab.
- Scroll through to view Health Check-up voucher details
- View the offer and click on Confirm purchase
- Voucher will be generated
- Customer will get a call on registered mobile no. for appointment booking
- Customer can choose their preferred diagnostic lab/location form the options provided
- Upon confirmation, the phlebotomist will visit the address (given by customer) and collect the sample
- Report will be generated within 48-72 hours and will be made available on registered mail id
