Terms and Conditions for Cashback

This Cashback is available only for the existing QR Merchant(s) of AU Small Finance Bank Limited (“Bank”).
Duration: 7 days*
Merchant should accept 5 transactions of amount greater than or equal to Rs 100/-.
All 5 transactions shall be from unique/different customers.
Eligible Merchant will get cashback of Rs 200 within 5 days after successful meeting the cashback criteria.
In the event of any disputes, differences or claims arising between the Bank and Merchant in connection with cashback or the interpretation of any of the above-mentioned terms and conditions hereof or anything done or omitted to be done pursuant hereto, the Parties shall first endeavour to amicably settle such disputes, differences or claims, failing which the same shall be referred to a sole arbitrator to be jointly appointed by the Parties. The arbitration proceedings shall be held in Jaipur and conducted in English language and the arbitration will be subject to and governed by the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or such other competent law for the time being in force. The cost of the arbitration proceedings shall be borne by the Parties equally. The decision of the sole arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the Parties.
This Terms and Conditions shall be subject to jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court of judicature for Jaipur and all subordinate courts thereto.
