In the event of any disputes, differences or claims arising between the Bank or User (“Parties”) in connection with this Offer, the Parties shall first endeavor to amicably settle such disputes, failing which the same shall be referred to a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Bank. The arbitration proceedings shall be held in Jaipur and conducted in English language.
Any dispute shall be subject to jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court of judicature for Jaipur and all subordinate courts thereto.
