Where can I use my prepaid cards?
You can use your prepaid cards as follows:
Gift card: All Ecommerce sites (Flipkart, Amazon, BigBasket, etc.) and POS terminals
(Departmental stores, gas stations, restaurants, and other locations).
ATM withdrawal is not permitted.
What are the charges associated with the prepaid card?

How to activate the card?
Once the SMS/email is received, please go to the Self Service Portal and enter the
Customer ID. Click on forgot password post which OTP will be shared on registered
mobile no. Please enter the OTP and set the new password. Login using the new
password on the portal. Go to view all cards and reset the PIN for physical card. All card
detail will be available on the portal
How to check the balance of the prepaid cards?
You can check the balance of your prepaid card with the help of below options: Calling
our Customer-Care Using our Prepaid Card Self Service Portal.
Whom should I contact if my card is lost or stolen?
In case your card is lost or stolen, immediately call on bank toll free number 1800 313
313, and report the loss of your card or send a mail
to customerservice@fincarebank.com CC team will ask few security details like
beneficiary name, mobile, email, load amount , etc. You an also temporarily block the
card through the Self Service Portal
What if I forget my Prepaid card pin?
You can directly change your PIN on Self Service Portal.
