A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Mr. Jain brings over 27 years of multifaceted experience across Finance, Operations, Audit, IT, and Risk Management.

AU’s transition into a Small Finance Bank was that defining moment. The scale of growth and approach demanded clarity, speed, and resilience. That phase taught, that leadership is not just managing, it is about enabling transformation. It helped in shaping my leadership approach to always be aligned with the bigger purpose.
