Mr. Parnami is a qualified Company Secretary and a law graduate. His stint with AU Bank started in August 2008 and since then he has handled important portfolios and is undertaking dual responsibility of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

He brings in more than 20 years of experience in the specialised field of Corporate Law, Secretarial Standards, Listing Compliance, Corporate Governance, Underwriting, Finance and Treasury.

Can you share a defining moment in your career that shaped you as a leader?

“A turning point in my career was relocating to Mumbai in 2010 during the early years of my professional journey. This move exposed me to the dynamic BFSI sector and brought me into close interaction with key regulatory bodies such as SEBI, Stock Exchange, and Credit Rating Agencies. This experience significantly broadened my perspective and helped me to understand the scale at which financial institutions operate. Witnessing the entire ecosystem in action deepened my appreciation for strategic growth and inspired a mindset geared towards achieving larger milestones.”
