He has been an integral part of AU for 15 years and in his current role as head of operations & customer service at AU Small Finance Bank, he oversees centralized operations and customer service functions, driving operational excellence, customer experience, regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and digital transformation initiatives.

He has successfully led large-scale transformation programs focused on automation, process optimization, governance, and customer-centricity.
