As part of the merger of Fincare Small Finance Bank with AU Small Finance Bank, customer account(s) will be migrated to AU Small Finance Bank’s core banking system.

Service Unavailability Details

During the migration window, the following services will be unavailable:

Date & Time: From: 11 April’26 – 12:00 AM (Midnight) To: 12 April’26 – 06:00 AM (Morning)
Total Duration: 30 hours

All Services Unavailable:

# Inward credits may be delayed on April 11, 2026 (12:00 AM) and April 12, 2026 (06:00 AM).
* NACH services will remain unavailable until April 12, 2026 – 11:59 PM (IST).

Important Information for Customers

• Post migration, Customer ID (CIF) for Fincare customers will change.
• The Fincare Mobile App and NetBanking will no longer be available from April 11, 2026.
• Customers can access their accounts using the appropriate AU digital platform after migration:
  • Individual (Retail) & HUF / JHF Customers: Register on the AU 0101 App
  • Sole Proprietors: Register on the AU 0101 Business App
  • Entities with Authorisation Matrix (Maker–Checker): Register on the AU CIB App
