What is KYC?

KYC is a process carried out by AU Small Finance Bank or any other bank or financial institution to<br> verify the identity of their customers, as per the rules defined by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). It is done when you want to initiate any kind of banking transaction, such as opening an account, applying for a Loan or Credit Card, etc. This process can be done mainly in two forms: Minimum KYC and Full KYC.

How will I get the new AU 0101 Business App?

You will get a notification to upgrade the app. If you do not receive the notification, you may do it manually via Play Store or App Store.

 What if I delete / uninstall the AU 0101 Business App? Do I need to register again?

Yes, registration is required to get your device ready for using the app.

Are there any charges for downloading AU 0101 Business App?

Non-AU Small Finance Bank Customer: Simply register on the AU 0101 Business App using the mobile number and input your name, business name, Email ID and set 4-digit mPIN. AU Small Finance Bank Customer: Register on the AU 0101 App by entering the mobile number and select the desired Customer ID, and enter either Debit Card ATM PIN or do Face Match for authentication. Setup 4-digit mPIN to complete the registration process.

What is mPIN?

mPin is a 4-digit passcode that you set while registering for AU 0101 Business App. You can use mPin to login to the AU 0101 Business App.

I have forgotten my mPIN. How can I reset it?

On the AU 0101 Business App, tap on Forgot mPIN. You can reset your mPIN by doing mobile number and face match verification.

Can I register on AU 0101 Business App on a device that does not carry the SIM card of registered mobile no.?

No, the registration will fail as your registered mobile number is required to activate the application.

How secure is AU 0101 Business App?

To ensure your details are secure when you access the AU 0101 Business App, we have taken the below mentioned safety measures:

I am not able to register/login to the App. What should I do?

To successfully register/login to the mobile application, please ensure the following checklist

  1. AU 0101 Business application is supported by Android OS version 8.1 & above and iOS version 13.0 & above
  2. Clear cache/ old data from the AU 0101 Business app (for Android users only) and for iPhone devices - uninstall AU 0101 Business App and install it again from the App Store.
  3. Restart the Mobile Device

Can I add multiple users on the AU 0101 App?

Yes, you can add secondary users on the same AU 0101 Business App following the steps below:

  1. Login to the App using mPIN or Biometric
  2. Click on the three horizontal lines available on the upper left corner and select Add Customer ID
  3. Enter Mobile number
  4. PAN and CIF of secondary user
  5. Click on Submit

I am stuck at the OTP page and have not received any SMS. How do I move further?

This issue could be due to low network coverage. You can follow these methods to fix it

  • Enable Flight Mode on your device and disable it after a few minutes.
  • Restart your device.

What is Video KYC?

Video KYC enables you to open an Account instantly wherein, after entering your details, you will have the option to get on a video call with our bank executive to complete your KYC process. The video call will ensure you no longer need to visit the branch to complete your KYC.

How do I apply for QR on AU 0101 Business App?

You can click on apply for QR tab on Store side of the AU 0101 Business App. To apply for an AU QR, you must have an active Current Account or Savings account with the bank.

Login to AU 0101 Business App and tap on Bank and click on Accounts to check your recent transactions.

How can I check QR transactions and settlement details?

Login to AU 0101 Business App and information regarding QR collection transactions and daily settlement will be available on the Store dashboard.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Select Accounts on the AU 0101 Business App.
  2. Select View Account Summary
  3. Choose from current month, last month, last 3 months or custom period for account statement.
  4. You can either view or scroll down to download your account statement.

How to book a Fixed / Recurring Deposit (FD / RD) on AU 0101 Business App?

Please follow these steps:

  1. Login to AU 0101 Business App
  2. Tap on FD/RD and select Open new FD / RD
  3. Select Product, enter Deposit Amount, select Interest Pay-out Frequency, Deposit Period and Debit Account
  4. Click on Next
  5. Set Maturity Instructions and you may choose to select a Nominee
  6. Proceed to book your FD/RD

 Can I close my Fixed Deposit/Recurring Deposit using AU 0101 Business App?

Yes. You can use the Close FD/RD option under FD/RD section.

  1. Login to AU 0101 Business App and click on Deposits icon
  2. Click on FD/RD and select Close FD/RD option.
  3. Select any of the two options:
    a) Full Closure (available for both Fixed Deposit and Recurring Deposit)
    b) Partial Closure (available only for Fixed Deposit)
  4. Select Fixed Deposit/Recurring Deposit Number from the dropdown
  5. Select Credit Account to transfer the final amount
  6. Review details of Pre-Closure. Click on Proceed button
  7. Fixed Deposit/Recurring Deposit with the mentioned details will be closed and amount will be credited to the AU Account

What are the different modes I can use to transfer funds on AU 0101 Business App?

If you are an existing AU Small Finance Bank customer, you can access all modes of fund transfer mentioned below.

  • Fund Transfer between your own accounts
  • Fund Transfer to any other AU Small Finance Bank Account
  • Fund Transfer to other bank accounts (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)

What are the charges for online fund transfer on AU 0101 Business App?

There are no service charges for NEFT and RTGS fund transfers done via AU 0101 Business App.

What are the timings for online fund transfer on AU 0101 Business App?

Fund Transfer can be done 24x7 using IMPS, NEFT &amp; RTGS. However, NEFT&amp; RTGS transactions shall not be available for 45 mins between 11:45PM 00:30 AM on all days.
 

What are the daily limits for online fund transfers on AU 0101 Business App?

Default Transfer Limits on AU 0101 Business App are: IMPS payments INR 1 to INR 10,00,000; NEFT payments INR 1 to INR 10,00,000; RTGS payments INR 200,000 to INR 10,00,000

If a transaction is not credited to the beneficiary account, do I get the money back?

Yes. In case of NEFT and RTGS, if the beneficiarys bank is unable to credit the beneficiarys account for any reason, the former will return the money to your AU Small Finance Bank within 2 hours. Once the amount is received by AU Small Finance Bank, it is credited to your account.

How do I block my Debit Card on AU 0101 Business App?

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to AU 0101 Business App and select Debit Card.
  2. Click on Block this Card either temporarily or permanently.
  3. In case of Permanent block, click on Proceed for Replacement Card or Skip to continue without replacement on Re-issue Card pop-up.
  4. Verify using OTP received on your registered mobile number to complete the process.

How can I reset my Debit Card PIN on AU 0101 Business App?

Please follow these steps to reset your Debit Card pin:

  1. Login to AU 0101 Business App and click on Debit Card.
  2. Select on Regenerate PIN, enter Debit Card expiry date and set your new pin.

How do I enable / disable transactions on my Debit Card on AU 0101 Business App?
