Get Started on AU 0101 App

If you have recently opened an account with AU Small Finance Bank, you can register for our Mobile Banking Services through AU 0101 App / NetBanking. If you have already set your MPIN while registering for AU 0101 NetBanking, you can simply enter MPIN to complete the registration and start using AU 0101 App.

Following are the steps to register for AU Mobile Banking through the AU 0101 App

Download AU 0101 App from Play Store for Android / App Store for iOS and install it on your device.
Open AU 0101 App and give permissions as required
Post granting permission, click on Proceed
If you have dual SIMs in your phone, select the SIM (mobile number) which is registered with the bank
App will ask for permission to send SMS from registered mobile number for device binding

i. In case of Android, the SMS will be sent in background (Do not close the app during this step)

ii. In case of iOS, the application will navigate to native SMS application with pre-filled details, here click send without changing the SMS content

Once device binding is completed, you are required to select desired Customer ID, in case the mobile number is registered to multiple customer IDs
To set MPIN enter your desired 4-digit MPIN and confirm by entering it again
Enter Debit Card/Credit Card Details for authentication (Debit Card Number + ATM PIN in case of Debit Card, Credit Card Details + DOB/PAN in case of Credit Card). This step is optional, however if skipped, you will only be provided with view access*
Enable biometric for login for added security, this is optional and asked only if you have registered your Fingerprint/ Touch ID on your device
This will complete the registration for AU Mobile Banking and you can login with MPIN or Fingerprint/Face ID

Following are the steps to register for AU 0101 Net Banking while registering for AU 0101 Mobile Banking (for new customers only)

Open AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Register
Enter Customer ID (provided in your welcome kit/ welcome mail)
Select to register using Account Number or Debit Card or Credit Card
- i. Register using Debit card/Credit Card – to get full/transaction access (More info required)
  - Enter Debit Card/Credit Card number
  - Enter ATM PIN (in case of Debit Card)
  - Enter Expiry Date + PAN/DOB (in case of Credit Card)
  ii. Register using Account number – to get view access only (More info required)
  - Select account type
  - Enter account number

Enter OTP received on registered mobile number
Set Password
Set mPIN for AU Mobile Banking
Set security question
Set username
Registration for both AU Bank NetBanking and AU Mobile Banking is complete
You can login to AU 0101 App by entering mPIN as set in earlier steps

Note: Registration with Debit Card/Credit Card is required to get complete transaction access. In case you do not have a Debit Card/Credit Card, please register using your Account Details to get a “View Access” of your account.
