Terms and Conditions

AU Eternity Program:

  1. There will be no charges for non-maintenance of program criteria. However, customers not meeting the program eligibility criteria for three consecutive months will be downgraded from the program
  2. I understand that with this consent, all existing accounts (if any) linked to my customer id's will also be upgraded or downgraded to the respective program as per instruction selected above.
  3. I understand that with this consent, in case of upgrade or downgrade, new debit card will be issued as applicable in the respective product and existing card (if any) will be hot-listed within 60 days of issuance of new card or on activation of new card, whichever is earliest.
  4. In case of minor, non-individual entity (except HUF), secondary/joint holders, no debit card will be issued while upgrading or downgrading. Customer can apply for the card post upgrade or downgrade of accounts is completed.
  5. For accounts where no debit card was issued or is inactive / hotlisted, no new debit card will be issued on upgrading or downgrading. Customer can apply for the card post upgrade or downgrade of accounts is completed.
  6. In case of upgrade, no Debit Card will be issued. Customers can apply for Debit Card by raising service request.
  7. Name on card will be as per short name registered with the bank.
  8. All benefits extended under the family program are at the sole discretion of AU Bank. Bank reserves the right to alter, withdraw or change any of the benefit giving under this program.
  9. Accounts exiting the Program will be switched to Regular Savings Account as applicable.
  10. In case of joint accounts, Debit card will only be issued to the primary account holder. Post conversion of accounts, secondary holders, if eligible, can apply for the card by raising a debit card request via branch or customer care toll free number.
  11. Select relationships that are allowed basis Grouping guidelines defined by bank, will be considered.
  12. I agree to terms and conditions as mentioned in the AU Bank Family Banking Program on the website www.aubank.in
  13. HUF Customer ID can be grouped, as a non-primary group ID, only if the Karta is a part of the group.
  14. Govt Institutions, NGOs, Club, Society, Public charitable institutions cannot be grouped.
  15. Group members count is capped at 8 members for Eternity, 6 members for Royale & 4 members for Platinum. In case of downgrade to lower variant, capping on group members count will be applied.
  16. Individual customer ids of below relations with Primary Customer can be grouped – Spouse, Parents, Mother/Father-in-law, Children, Sister/Brother, Son/Daughter-in-law, Grand-parents, Grand-Children, Sister/Brother-in-law, Niece, Nephew, Uncle and Aunty. For groups with current account, Partners, Proprietors, Directors and Beneficial Owners linked to the current account can be added to the group.
  17. Family trust customer ID can be grouped if the Author /Trustee/Settlor (Decision Maker) of the trust is part of the group as an individual.
