Where can I apply, and how many cards will I receive?
You can apply from CheQ app for this card and you will get 2 cards - 1 Visa and 1 RuPay variant.
Is there a cap on monthly or annual rewards/cashback?
Yes, there is a cap on accelerated reward points, but not on base rewards.
Accelerated rewards:
You can earn up to 12,000 CheQ points per month on accelerated categories.
Base rewards:
There is no monthly or annual cap on base reward points.
This means you continue earning rewards on eligible spends even after you reach the accelerated rewards limit.
What is the validity of earned reward points?
Your reward points are valid for 2 years from the date they are credited into your CheQ account.
This gives you plenty of time to accumulate points and redeem them at your convenience, without any rush.

I completed a transaction today, when will I receive my reward points / cashback?
Reward points or cashback are typically credited within 2–3 working days after the transaction is completed and settled.
Once credited, you can view them in the CheQ app under the Rewards section or in your transaction history.
Rewards are not applicable on certain transactions, such as:
- Fuel, education, or gold purchases
- Gambling or insurance payments
- Utility payments made outside the CheQ app
- Rent-related spends
- Transactions below ₹200
- EMI transactions
- UPI transactions made outside the CheQ app
Where can I check my reward points balance?
You can easily check your reward points balance directly in the CheQ app.
The app lets you:
- View your total reward points
- Track your earnings over time
- See rewards earned against each transaction
- Monitor rewards for both your Visa and RuPay cards
How do I close my credit card?
To permanently close your credit card, please contact AU Small Finance Bank customer support.
Before raising the request:
- Clear all outstanding dues
- Both cards (Visa and RuPay) must be closed together - partial closure isn’t supported
