Mr. Uttam Tibrewal, Deputy CEO is a seasoned executive who has served on the Company’s Board from January 2005 to April 2026 as Whole Time Director. A Commerce graduate from the University of Delhi, he brings over 27 years of extensive experience in the financial services sector, with deep domain expertise in Agriculture and Rural Economy, Small Scale Industry, Banking, Risk Management, and Business Strategy.

Mr. Tibrewal’s profound operational knowledge and strategic foresight have been instrumental in the rapid scaling of the Bank’s retail business. He holds supervisory responsibility for a diverse portfolio, including Retail Assets—comprising Wheels, Secured Business Loans, Home Loans, and Agri-SME Loans—as well as Branch Banking, Marketing, Video Banking, and Personal Banking. Distinguished by his ability to accurately evaluate customer expectations, he has consistently championed the simplification of processes and customer-centricity as foundational pillars for the organization’s long-term success and sustainability.
