Who Can Avail?
All business customers in the AU Maximum and above category products who opt for the AU UPI QR facility with new current account opened on or after 15th November 2025 are eligible* for this complimentary insurance package.

How to Claim Your Insurance
- Claim Eligibility: Minimum transaction value of ₹1,000 on AU UPI QR in the month prior to the incident
- Claim Intimation: Must be reported to the insurer within 48 hours of the incident
- Claim Process:
- Email: claims@aubank.in with Subject Line “Claim for “Special Contingency Policy” for Current Account Holders”
- Visit: Nearest AU Branch
- Call: 1800 1200 1200
*Customer must complete transactions totalling at least ₹1,000 within 2 months of current account opening using AU UPI QR. Provide consent by sending “YES” SMS to “919958821541” or via AU 0101 Business App for activation of Business Insurance.
