Terms & Conditions

1. Cashback shall be applicable only on BillPay transactions done through AU 0101 mobile application.
2. Offer is valid only for users who have never made a successful bill payment from AU 0101 mobile or internet banking before the start of the offer period.
3. Offer applicable for BillPay transactions done via AU Savings Account only, not applicable for payments from Credit Card.
4. Offer applicable for transactions done between 18th October 2025 – 30th November 2025 (both days inclusive).
5. Cashback will be flat ₹50 for every successful BillPay transaction from AU 0101 mobile application.
6. Cashback will be limited to ₹150 (i.e. at max three unique bills paid) per customer (identified by individual CIF, and unique bills paid).
7. Cashback will be eligible only on unique bills paid by the user. Unique bill will be identified through combination of biller (biller-id) and CRN input for the biller. For Example:
   1. User-1 pays one bill of Tata power, one more bill of tata power, but for a different connection and another mobile postpaid bill. They would be eligible for 3 x ₹50 cashback.
   2. User-2 pays one bill of Tata power, one more payment of tata power, but for the same connection and another of Gas. They would be eligible for 2 x ₹50 cashback. Since the same tata power connection was paid twice, and not two unique connections.
8. Offer applicable for transactions on below specified categories only-
   1. Electricity
   2. Credit Card
   3. Mobile Postpaid
   4. Gas (Piped)
   5. Insurance
   6. Gas (Cylinder)
   7. Loan Repayment
   8. Landline Postpaid
   9. Water
   10. Broadband Postpaid
9. Cashback will be credited to the user’s AU Savings Account within 60 days after the end of the offer period.
10. Cashback will be credited to the AU Savings Account used for payment of the eligible transaction.
11. Cashback will be eligible only on minimum bill payment of ₹1,000 or above.
12. Cashback will be given only to the first 5,000 eligible transactions for this offer.
13. In the event of any disputes, differences or claims arising between the Bank or User (“Parties”) in connection with this cashback program, the Parties shall first endeavour to amicably settle such disputes, failing which the same shall be referred to a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Bank. The arbitration proceedings shall be held in Jaipur and conducted in English language.
14. Any dispute shall be subject to jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court of judicature for Jaipur and all subordinate courts thereto.
15. AU Small Finance Bank reserves the right to withdraw or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice
16. AU Small Finance Bank is neither responsible for nor guarantees the product/services of participating establishments.
