Deposit and maintain required funds to earn One Year Complimentary MoneyControl Pro Subscription worth INR 1499.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Deposit INR 1,00,000 on or before 31st August 2025 and maintain the required Average Monthly Balance for the month of August’25  in your savings account mentioned in the communication received from Bank via Email/SMS/Push Notifications/WhatsApp.
  • Average Monthly Balance to be maintained as per your product variant.

Terms and Conditions:

  • This Offer from AU Small Finance Bank is open to select account holders who have received communication from the Bank.
  • Offer is valid till 31st August 2025.
  • Product variant of the account as on 31st August 2025 will be considered to calculate average monthly balance for the campaign, refer Schedule of Charges for Product wise AMB criteria. Click here to view https://www.aubank.in/service-fee
  • For Campaign purpose only AMB Criteria mentioned in Schedule of Charges will be considered. Fixed Deposit Criteria will not be considered.
  • Customer who are in receipt of offer Email/Push Notification and have either read the Email or responded to Push Notification will be eligible to qualify for offer post completion of the criteria.
  • Eligible customers will be notified regarding vouchers on or before 30th September 2025, the communication will be intimated on registered email id or SMS on registered Mobile No.
  • Customer needs to claim the voucher using claim link with stipulated timeline provided in the communication sent.
  • Customer must be Primary Account Holder in this Account. In case of joint account only primary account holder will get the vouchers.
  • The service is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, and cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Amount needs to be deposited in the Savings Accounts of which last 4 digits have been specified in the communication received from the bank.
  • Offer valid for Resident Individual Customers only.
  • Staff accounts of AU Small Finance Bank are not eligible for the offer.
  • Offer is not valid for minor and non-individual customers.
  • The MoneyControl Pro Subscription will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.
  • There will be no extension of the validity period after the voucher expiry date has passed.
  • Only one MoneyControl Pro Annual Subscription will be active at a time.
  • Bank reserves the right to provide equivalent offer with same monetary value in place of existing MoneyControl Offer.
  • In case of closure/downgrade of Savings account during the offer period or at the time of offer voucher fulfilment, customer will be disqualified from campaign.
  • Offer cannot be combined with any other offer/campaign running during this period.
  • Required amount to be deposited in single transaction.
  • Customer can choose to deposit the amount by any way of Cash Deposit, Cheque Deposit or Online Transfer i.e. NEFT or RTGS or IMPS or UPI from any other bank account. Any other mode of transfer for over and above those specified above will not be considered eligible to qualify.
  • One customer can qualify only once during the Campaign Period.
  • This offer is applicable only for the customers who have received the communication for the specified account
  • AU Small Finance Bank does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under this Offer and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to manufacturer/distributor.
  • Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the Customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. AU Small Finance Bank under no circumstances shall be responsible towards the same.
  • AU Small Finance Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of the use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Cardholder/s under the Program.
  • AU Small Finance Bank reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any merchant establishment or Account holder from the Program, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the account.

No queries shall be entertained after 60 days from the closure date of the Offer Period. The existence of a dispute, if any regarding voucher shall in no event constitute a claim against AU Small Finance Bank.

  • In all matters relating to the offer, the decision of AU Small Finance Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the terms and conditions governing the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions and General Terms and Conditions as uploaded on the website of AU Small Finance Bank. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the terms and conditions applicable to the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions and General Terms and Conditions as uploaded on the website of AU Small Finance Bank.
  • Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever. AU Small Finance Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever. Any grant of reward under this Offer shall be at the sole discretion of AU Small Finance Bank. These terms and conditions do not create any legal right to demand voucher from AU Small Finance Bank.
  • Any and all taxes, including without any limitation income tax (if any) applicable on this Offer and the rewards / benefits thereto shall be borne by the Customers & shall deposit the applicable amount of taxes (if any) to applicable governmental authorities before user could avail any benefits, unless otherwise mandated under the applicable laws.
  • The Parties (AU Small Finance Bank & the Customer) hereto unconditionally agree and accept that, any matters, questions, differences and/or dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or the breach thereof shall be resolved through Arbitration Proceedings under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended from time to time). Both the Parties also irrevocably agree that seat of all/any arbitration proceedings shall be at Jaipur and the parties have accepted the online mode for conduct of arbitration proceedings. The Parties further agree that the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted online under the aegis of any of the arbitral/ selected ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) institutions mentioned in the Schedule A to the present terms and conditions. In case the Customer chooses physical arbitration proceedings in place of ODR then they shall opt for the same by sending a relevant written communication in this regard to the selected ODR institute within 7 days of initiation of online arbitration proceeding, at the decided venue/ seat of arbitration i.e., Jaipur.
  • The list of arbitral/ODR Institutes has been chosen by the Parties after evaluating the concept, bye laws, process and methodology adopted by them and the parties unequivocally agrees to follows the same. The award given by the competent arbitrator(s) by the selected Arbitral/ ODR institution under the aegis of such ODR institution(s) shall be final and binding on all Parties to the terms and conditions. The Offer is not available, wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.

Note: - Customer(s), if any, undertake to inform bank in writing about any change in the registered mobile number, registered WhatsApp number and registered e-mail ID. In case of Customer(s)’s  failure in communicating any change in the registered mobile number, WhatsApp number and e-mail ID to the bank in writing such contact numbers and e-mail ID as on record with the Lender shall continue being the co-ordinates of the respective Party and any communication sent to such co-ordinates shall be treated as a valid service, notwithstanding the contrary/ failed delivery status or report thereof. Proceedings held using such co-ordinates shall be valid and conclusion thereof by way of an order / award shall be binding on the Parties thereto.
