Note:
- Reversed Transactions using AU debit card shall not be considered for this offer.
- Customers will be eligible for only one offer benefit whichever is higher during the offer period in a month.
What is Recurring payments?
- Standing instructions, also known as recurring e-mandates, are automated payment instructions set on a merchant's website or app for periodic, recurring payments, such as utility bills or subscriptions. When you set a SI, you authorize the merchant to debit your account linked to debit card at regular intervals for a specific amount, for a predefined period.
- SI can be set on any merchant application like Netflix, Google Play, Policy Bazaar, Hotstar, Youtube, Amazon, Bajaj Allianz, Canva, LinkedIn or any other application of your choice.
Terms and Conditions:
- This Offer from AU Small Finance Bank is open to selected Card members holding a valid and existing AU Debit Card (‘Card’) who has received communication from Bank.
- Offer shall be valid from 1st August 2025– 31st October 2025 (both days inclusive) (“Term”) unless extended by Bank. Offer is made available at the sole discretion of Bank.
- Eligible customers will get their Amazon Voucher within 60 days after the end of offer period.
- The service is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, and cannot be combined with other offers.
- Spends on multiple debit cards cannot be clubbed to avail the benefit under the Offer.
- Cumulative eligible Spends on individual Card(s) will be calculated to evaluate the eligibility of this Offer.
- Reversed Transactions using AU debit card shall not be considered for this offer.
- Staff accounts of AU Small Finance Bank are eligible for the offer, subject to offer communication received.

- The eligible spends on the Cards will be calculated basis the actual transaction date during the promo period.
- Eligible Customer will be intimated via registered email or SMS on registered mobile numbers within 60 days after the end of the promo.
- Decision of AU Small Finance Bank about eligibility of Cardmembers shall be final and binding.
- AU Small Finance Bank does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under this Offer and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to manufacturer/distributor.
- Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the Customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. AU Small Finance Bank under no circumstances shall be responsible towards the same.
- Customers are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
- In case a Customer cancels any transaction/s, due to which he/she had qualified for the Offer, then the Customer shall not be eligible.
- AU Small Finance Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding the validity and acceptability of the Offer.
- This Program is brought to you by AU Small Finance Bank Debit Card department and is made available only to Cardholders selected at the discretion of AU Small Finance Bank.
- AU Small Finance Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of the use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Cardholder/s under the Program.
- AU Small Finance Bank reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any merchant establishment or Cardholder from the Program, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
- No queries shall be entertained after 90 days from the closure date of the Offer Period. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the gift voucher shall in no event constitute a claim against AU Small Finance Bank.
- In all matters relating to the offer, the decision of AU Small Finance Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
- All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Jaipur only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
- The Offer is not available, wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the terms and conditions governing the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions and General Terms and Conditions as uploaded on the website of AU Small Finance Bank. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the terms and conditions applicable to the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions and General Terms and Conditions as uploaded on the website of AU Small Finance Bank.
- AU Small Finance Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever. Any grant of Amazon Voucher under this Offer shall be at the sole discretion of AU Small Finance Bank. These terms and conditions do not create any legal right to demand voucher from AU Small Finance Bank.
- The Parties (AU Small Finance Bank & the Customer) hereto unconditionally agree and accept that, any matters, questions, differences and/or dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or the breach thereof shall be resolved through Arbitration Proceedings under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended from time to time). Both the Parties also irrevocably agree that seat of all/any arbitration proceedings shall be at Jaipur and the parties have accepted the online mode for conduct of arbitration proceedings. The Parties further agree that the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted online under the aegis of any of the arbitral/ selected ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) institutions mentioned in the Schedule A to the present terms and conditions. In case the Customer chooses physical arbitration proceedings in place of ODR then they shall opt for the same by sending a relevant written communication in this regard to the selected ODR institute within 7 days of initiation of online arbitration proceeding, at the decided venue/ seat of arbitration i.e., Jaipur.
- The list of arbitral/ODR Institutes has been chosen by the Parties after evaluating the concept, bye laws, process and methodology adopted by them and the parties unequivocally agrees to follows the same. The award given by the competent arbitrator(s) by the selected Arbitral/ ODR institution under the aegis of such ODR institution(s) shall be final and binding on all Parties to the terms and conditions.

Note:- Customer(s), if any, undertake to inform bank in writing about any change in the registered mobile number, registered whatsapp number and registered e-mail ID. In case of Customer(s)’s failure in communicating any change in the registered mobile number, whatsapp number and e-mail ID to the bank in writing such contact numbers and e-mail ID as on record with the Lender shall continue being the co-ordinates of the respective Party and any communication sent to such co-ordinates shall be treated as a valid service, notwithstanding the contrary/ failed delivery status or report thereof. Proceedings held using such co-ordinates shall be valid and conclusion thereof by way of an order / award shall be binding on the Parties thereto. | ||

Question 1: What is an e-mandate/Standing Instruction (SI)/Auto Debit?
Answer: An e-mandate or Standing Instruction (SI) is a payment instruction given on a merchant’s website mobile app for recurring (periodic, automated) payments. Usually, an SI is set on your debit card for various services such as Telecom, OTT subscriptions, Insurance, as well as Utilities like Electricity, Gas, Water, etc., Through this SI, cardholder shares their consent with the merchant to debit their card for bills received from merchant against these SI registrations, subject to limit & validity specified by the cardholder.
Question 2: What are the different types of Standing Instructions?
Answer:
a. Fixed SI: The bill value received from merchant will always be a fixed value (Example: A Rs.199 monthly plan opted by cardholder for an OTT channel subscription)
b. Variable SI: The bill value will vary in every recurring transaction (Example: Electricity bill)
Question 3: How to register for the Standing Instruction service?
Answer: You can sign up for it while making the payment on the merchant website. You may need to define the frequency, trigger amount, maximum amount and tenure of the transaction. The debit card used during the course of registration would be the default card for all future recurring payments for that particular service of merchant.
Question 4: Do we need to login into Internet banking to execute standing instructions?
Answer: Standing Instructions are initiated without manual intervention. A standing instruction will be initiated on each scheduled date until the specified Number of Months/Days is over.
Question 5: What are the benefits of setting standing instructions?
Answer: They ensure timely payments, save time and effort, and can be used for various purposes like bill payments, loan repayments, and subscriptions. It eliminates fear of not making payments on due dates.
Question 6: Where can a cardholder view and manage/modify all Standing Instructions?
Answer: Customers need to click here- Customer Login SI to view and manage/modify all standing instructions/recurring payments at one place.
Question 7: How many Standing Instructions can one opt for at a time?
Answer: There is no limit to the number of Standing Instructions you can opt for.
Question 8: What if the transaction fails in Standing Instruction service?
Answer: You will get an email and SMS notification on your registered email ID and mobile number of the same.
Question 9: After choosing the option of Standing Instruction transaction, do I need to initiate my transaction again on the scheduled date?
Answer: No, the merchant will initiate the transaction on your behalf.
Question 10: When the transaction happens, would I be notified?
Answer: Yes. You will receive a SMS and email notification at least 24 hours in advance on your registered mobile number and email ID before a recurring payment is made from AU Small Finance Bank.
