Offer Criteria:

Book a Fixed Deposit of the specified amount mentioned in the communication for a tenure of 6 months (180 days) or more and receive an Amazon voucher worth ₹250.

• FDs booked through AU0101, Net Banking, or at any branch will be eligible.
• The customer must be a Resident Individual.

Upon successfully fulfilling the offer criteria, the customer will receive an Amazon voucher worth ₹250.

Terms and Conditions:

• This Offer from AU Small Finance Bank (“Bank”) is open to select account holders who have received communication from the Bank.
• In case of joint account only primary account holder will get the vouchers.
• Offer shall be valid from 8^th May 2026 to 31^st May 2026.
• Customer shall be eligible for vouchers only once during the tenure of campaign unless extended by AU Bank.
• Customers who receive the offer communication via Email, Push Notification, SMS, or WhatsApp and engage with it during the campaign period will be eligible for the offer upon meeting the specified criteria.
• Offer is made available at the sole discretion of AU Bank.
• FD booking should be done through AU 0101 mobile/net banking platform or via branch.
• Fresh FD booking will be considered for voucher qualification, Auto-renewed FD will not be considered.
• Tax Saver FD, Bulk FD will not be considered for qualification.
• Callable FD will be considered for Qualification.
• The service is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Offer is not valid for minor and non-individual customers.
• Staff accounts of AU Small Finance Bank are not eligible for the offer.
• Eligible customers will be notified for about their voucher by 30^th June 2026.
• Eligible customer will be intimated via registered email or SMS on registered mobile no.
• Customer needs to claim the voucher using claim link within stipulated timeline provided in the communication sent.
• In case of closure of Fixed Deposit with AU Bank or premature withdrawal of Fixed Deposit booked under campaign at the time of offer voucher fulfilment, qualification of campaign will be considered void, and no voucher code will be provided.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other offer/campaign running during this period.
• Decision of AU Bank about eligibility shall be final and binding.
• AU Bank does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under this Offer and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to manufacturer /distributor.
• Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. AU Bank under no circumstances shall be responsible towards the same.
• AU Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the customer under the Offer.
• AU Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding the validity and acceptability of the Offer.
• Customers are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
• In case a customer cancels any transaction/s, due to which he/she had qualified for the Offer, then the customer shall not be eligible.
• AU Bank reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any merchant establishment or Account holder from the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the account.
• No queries shall be entertained after 60 days from the closure date of the Offer Period.
• The existence of a dispute, if any regarding voucher shall in no event constitute a claim against AU Bank.
• In all matters relating to the offer, the decision of AU Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• Subject to the below para, any dispute arising out of or in connection with the above offer or otherwise relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts / tribunals situated in Jaipur only.
• In the event of any dispute/claim/matters arising out of these terms and conditions (“Dispute”), AU Small Finance Bank & the customer (“Parties”) shall make every effort to amicably resolve the Dispute by direct informal negotiation between their respective authorized persons within 15 days of commencement of such informal negotiation.
• If the Parties are unable to resolve the dispute arising out or in connection these terms and conditions whether during its subsistence or thereafter between the Parties including any dispute or difference relating to the interpretation of the terms and conditions or any clause thereof in accordance with the procedure specified above, the dispute shall be referred for arbitration to a sole Arbitrator appointed by the Bank at its sole discretion. The award of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on the Parties. The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or any statutory modification thereof, shall apply to the arbitration proceedings, which shall be held in Jaipur and conducted in the English language.
• In respect of the matters where it is determined in an arbitration proceeding conducted in accordance with the preceding paragraph that (i) the arbitration proceeding provided in such paragraph is unenforceable; or (ii) the subject matter thereof is non-arbitrable under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, as amended, in such a situation, courts in Jaipur, India will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to such matters and each Party irrevocably waives any right it may have to object to an action being brought in any of those courts, to claim that the action has been brought in an inconvenient forum or to claim that those courts do not have jurisdiction
• The Offer is not available, wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the terms and conditions governing the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions and General Terms and Conditions as uploaded on the website of AU Small Finance Bank.
• All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the terms and conditions applicable to the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions and General Terms and Conditions as uploaded on the website of AU Small Finance Bank.
• AU Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever. Any grant of reward under this Offer shall be at the sole discretion of AU Bank.
• These terms and conditions do not create any legal right to demand voucher from AU Bank.
• Any and all taxes, including without any limitation income tax (if any) applicable on this Offer and the rewards / benefits thereto shall be borne by the customers & shall deposit the applicable amount of taxes (if any) to applicable governmental authorities before user could avail any benefits, unless otherwise mandated under the applicable laws.
• By accessing Mobile Banking or Internet Banking Facility or any other direct banking channels, customer will be able to access and execute instructions/transactions for all products & services offered by the Bank, irrespective of the modes through which they were made/ initiated and are fully aware about the potential risks associated with online banking transactions.
• The list of arbitral/ODR Institutes has been chosen by the Parties after evaluating the concept, bye laws, process and methodology adopted by them and the parties unequivocally agrees to follows the same. The award given by the competent arbitrator(s) by the selected Arbitral/ ODR institution under the aegis of such ODR institution(s) shall be final and binding on all Parties to the terms and conditions. The Offer is not available, wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
