What are the different Credit Card charges applicable? 

Are there any charges applicable for doing international transactions on the Commercial Credit Cards? 

Yes, Cross-currency mark-up charges are applicable for doing an international transaction using the Commercial Credit Cards. Refer to the charges below:

Foreign Currency Transaction - Cross Currency Mark-up Charges: Corporate Credit Card: 2.99% per month; Business Cashback Credit Card: 3.49% per month; Purchase Card 3.49%

What is the fuel surcharge, and how do I get a waiver for it?

Fuel surcharge is the transaction charge levied on Fuel transactions done using Credit Card. As per fuel surcharge waiver feature, 1% Fuel Surcharge is reversed on your Credit Card within the applicable limits.

How do I receive my AU Corporate/ Business Credit Card statement? 

Credit Card statements are sent to cardholders on Registered Email ID and Registered Mobile no. with a link to download them.

Please ensure that your correct email id is updated for your Credit Card to receive an e-statement. If you have not received your Credit Card statement for any month, please get in touch with our Customer Care team.

*You will get your Credit Card statement within three working days after your statement generation date. *

How can I place the request to get my Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged Card replaced? 

Please call our Customer Care 1800 1200 1500 and place a request. Card Replacement charges of ₹100 + taxes are applicable.

Is there any change in my Credit Card number in case of card replacement?

If your Card were Lost/Stolen, the replaced Card would have a new card number.

If your Card is damaged, the replaced Card will have the same card number as your old Card.

How do I generate my Credit Card PIN and Activate my Card?

Please follow any of the below steps:

  2. Visit our website www.au.bank.in > Use Chatbot service AURO> Cards > Credit Card Services > Enable/Disable Transaction Types and follow the steps as briefed.
  3. Log on to our AU 0101 Net Banking or Mobile Banking application > Commercial Credit Card> Visit the 'Manage Credit Card Limits' section and follow the steps as briefed.
  4. Call our Customer Care No. 1800 1200 1500 and Enable or Disable Transaction Types on the IVR service.

When will I receive my Credit Card after applying?

You will receive SMS intimation on your approved Card application and subsequently for Card dispatch and Card delivery. The Card is delivered within seven working days. For any assistance, call us on 1800 1200 1500.

If my Card got returned, how do I again request Card delivery?

Please call us on 1800 1200 1500.

Why do my online/ International/ Contactless/ POS transactions get declined?

This might happen due to multiple reasons:

  1. You might not have enabled your Online/International/Contactless/POS transaction type.
  2. You might have utilized the overall Credit Limit on your Card, please regularize your Card by making payment, and you can again use the Card for transactions.
