Eligibility Criteria

Only the primary member of AU Eternity Program group is eligible for 1-year Amazon Prime membership.

If the primary member is an individual holding a AU Eternity Savings* / Individual* or Sole Proprietor Current Account*: Maintain program criteria^ and cumulative spends of Rs. 50,000** using AU Debit Card by the end of the 4th calendar month from the date of program onboarding (Spends by primary member will be considered).
⁠If the primary member is an individual holding AU Eternity Salary Account: Complete cumulative spends of Rs. 10,000** using AU Debit Card by the end of the 4th calendar month from the date of program onboarding (Spends by primary member will be considered) and maintain program criteria^ or receive net salary credit of at least Rs 2 lacs in AU Eternity Salary Account for 2 consecutive months#
If the primary member is a non-individual (partnerships/companies etc.) holding an AU Eternity Current Account*: Make minimum 5 payment transactions (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS on AU0101/Corporate Net Banking only) with cumulative value of Rs. 5 lacs by the end of the 4th calendar month from the date of program onboarding (Minimum transaction value of Rs. 10,000 will be considered).

Redemption Process

Eligible customers will receive a communication in the following month on completion of both the eligibility criteria
A link will be provided in the communication. On clicking the link, customer will be re-directed to the offer redemption platform
Customer will need to log-in using registered mobile number to access the Amazon Prime membership
Click on "Claim Now" in the the Amazon Prime banner to generate voucher code
Amazon Prime membership voucher code will then be sent to customer’s registered e-mail ID and mobile number

**For e.g. - If a customer opens an account on 10th September, AU Debit Card spends of Rs. 50,000 needs to be completed on or before the month of December end.

^Total Relationship Value (TRV) includes Savings Account AMB, Current Account AMB, Fixed Deposit (>= 6 months) and Mutual Fund AUM with AU Small Finance Bank.

*Amazon Prime Membership will be given on maintenance of AU Eternity AMB or TRV criteria at group level.⁠

#⁠#In case of Salary Account group, only salary account under primary group ID will be considered. The customer needs to receive a salary credit or maintain AMB/TRV in the month of qualification, in addition to meeting the above stated offer criteria. In case of Salary Account group, the first salary credit should start within 3 months of onboarding. Revised eligibility criteria for milestone offering applicable only for accounts onboarded from 1st July 2025 onwards. For customers onboarded before 1st July 2025 Eternity savings account criteria will apply.
