Important Notes / T&C
- Offer is applicable for AU Eternity customers onboarded on or after 1st August, 2026
- Offer is not applicable for AU Eternity Business Account customers
- Example: If a customer opens an account on 10th September, AU Eternity Debit Card spends of ₹50,000 need to be completed on or before the end of December.
- Only spends through AU Eternity Mastercard Debit Card will be considered
- Program criteria includes Average Monthly Balance (AMB) in AU Eternity Savings Account of ₹10 Lakhs OR AU Savings & Current Account Average Monthly Balance (AMB) of ₹10 Lakhs or Net Salary Credit of ₹2 Lakhs per month for AU Eternity Salary Account OR Total Relationship Value* of ₹30 Lakhs at group level
- Total Relationship Value (TRV) includes Savings Account AMB, Current Account AMB, Fixed Deposit of 6 months or more and Mutual Fund AUM with AU Small Finance Bank.
- Milestone reward will be given on maintenance of AU Eternity AMB or TRV criteria at group level.
- In case of Salary Account group, only salary account under Primary Group ID will be considered.
- The customer needs to maintain AMB / TRV in the month of qualification, in addition to meeting the stated offer criteria.
- In case of Salary Account group, the first salary credit should start within 3 months of onboarding.
- Hotel vouchers will be issued in the month following fulfilment of both eligibility criteria.
- Voucher validity is 6 months from the date of issuance.
- Only online and POS transactions made using the AU Eternity Mastercard Debit Card will be considered.
- ATM withdrawals, reversed transactions, wallet loading, rent payments, gaming, betting, fund transfers and deposit transactions are excluded.
- For fuel spends, a maximum of ₹10,000 per transaction will be considered towards eligibility
