How to login into EnKash Corporate Portal?

a. User can login into the EnKash Corporate portal using the credentials (Registered Mobile Number and Pass). Link: https://home.enkash.com/login

How to see one specific card related details?

a. After Login, select View Cards to see all the card related details.

b. Select Filter in case you want to apply filter and search for specific cards. Also the same can be searched through search bar.

c. In filter different fields such as Card status, Card Holder Name, Card No. and Mobile Number can be used to filter out desired results.

d. Card status can be chosen from the drop down values.

e. Download option can be used to download the details of single/multiple cards.

f. Details of the card(s) that will be downloaded in the excel format as given below.

 How to see transactions made on a card?

a. After Login, select View Cards to see transaction related details of a single card.

b. Double tap on the card to see transaction details of a specific card.

c. Below screen is displayed with card details and transactions and settings of the card on selecting a card.

d. In View transactions, the transactions done on the card will be visible.

e. Transactions status can be set as per the drop down menu available.

f. In transaction types, from drop down Debit/Credit can be chosen and put up as filter.

How to manage settings of a card i.e. Manage POS/CTLS/ECOM/ATM Channel, Temporarily Block/Permanently Block a Card, Apply for a Replacement Card?

a. After Login, select View Cards to manage transaction settings of the card

b. Double tap on the card to manage settings of a specific card.

c. Below screen is displayed with settings of the card.

d. Select Settings. Settings has the options to manage the card controls. User can Lock their cards, Permanently Block their cards, Apply for replacement of card, and Block their card with replacement.

e. OTP is triggered to the registered mobile number and is asked when any of the card control functionality is being exercised.

f. Different mode of transactions on card can be controlled and switched On/Off according to the usage of the user. The daily limits on number of transactions and the daily cumulative amount of transactions can also be set by the user.

g. Daily Count of Transactions limit can be set with the help of the slider against each mode of transaction.

h. Daily Cumulative amount limit can be set with the help of the slider against each mode of transaction.

i. The daily cumulative limit on amount of transactions cannot be set greater than the total limit assigned on the Credit Card.

j. The daily Count/Cumulative Amount of transactions can also be directly input in the box provided instead of using the slider as well.

k. After making all the changes, Save option to be used to save the limits and changes made in enabling/disabling the mode of transactions.

l. User can separately make changes in the Domestic and International card controls by selecting the International tab.

How to see all/transaction related details of an account?

a. After Login, select View Cards.

b. User can select Account Details in My Cards to see all the relevant details of the account.

c. User can select View Transactions in My Cards section to view all the transactions done on the account by all the cards that are issued to the user.

d. Filters can be applied to find specific and relevant transactions that the user wants to find out on the account.

e. Fields available are Transaction Status, Transaction Type, and specific time period for which the transactions can be searched.

How to see, download and make payments for a statement cycle of an account?

a. After Login, select View Cards.

b. User can see their statements in the View Statements tab in My Cards section.

c. The statement can be downloaded in excel format.

d. The downloaded statement will be in the format as shown below.

e. Statement cycles can be changed by the user to view previous statement as well.

f. The previous statements can be viewed and downloaded from the section.

g. After selecting the relevant statement cycle along with downloading the statement, the statement and its details can be directly viewed using View Statement option highlighted below.

h. On selecting the View Statement option, the details of the particular statement cycle will pop up.

i. In the current cycle statement, Make Payment option is also available using which the payment can be done by the user.

j. On selecting the Make Payment option, the user will be redirected to Billdesk page to proceed and complete the payment on the card.

How to check category wise expenses made and add bill of an expense made through corporate credit card?

a. After login, select Expense Management in the Expense Management section.

b. The user can have multiple positions in hierarchy (employee/manager/finance admin). From the top of the dashboard the user to choose the designation.

c. Filter can be applied and search for specific expenses done.

d. The expenses done through users corporate credit card will appear directly in the dashboard of the employee.

e. On clicking the edit expense, Bill of the expense will be asked in the required field. After submission of the bill, the expense can be submitted.

How to add expenses not done through corporate credit card?

a. After login, select Expense Management in the Expense Management section

b. The employee can add expenses from the dashboard that are done without using their corporate credit card using “Add Expense” option.

c. The details of expense are to be added in the different fields as asked accordingly. Along with details, receipt of the bill to be uploaded in the field specified.

d. After completing all the details, click on “Create” to submit the expense.

e. The status of the expense will show as “Created” on the dashboard. By clicking on the expense, the details of the expense submitted can be seen.
