1. How can I claim my Airport Dining vouchers?

To claim your vouchers, log in to AU 0101 App > go to the Debit Card section > tap on Airport Dining Experience to view and claim vouchers across eligible outlets.

2. Where can I find already generated voucher codes?

Voucher codes are sent to you via Email and SMS. You can also visit the platform and check history where all generated vouchers will be visible.

3. How can I redeem the benefits?

Post login, you will see all the benefits available. User can select the benefit and generate coupon, and a unique code will be generated along with the QR code.

You can visit respective merchant outlet to redeem the code/QR code for given service.

4. Which card is eligible under the program?

Currently the program is valid for Mastercard AU Eternity cards.

5. What is the voucher validity for this program?

Voucher is valid for 48 hours from the time of generation from the platform.

7. What should I do if I have issues with voucher generation or redemption?
