Redemption Process for MediBuddy Membership
Follow these steps to fully enjoy the comprehensive healthcare support available to you on your MediBuddy membership.
1. Membership Voucher Code
- Notification: After qualifying for membership, customers will receive an SMS or email within 90 days to claim your voucher
- Claiming: To claim the voucher, follow the link provided in the communication and click on ‘Claim Now’. You will be directed to the AU SFB offer platform.
- Login: Log in using your mobile number to access the exclusive rewards section where the membership benefit will be displayed.
- Claim Offer: Click on MediBuddy Offer to claim the offer and finish the subsequent steps by filling in your personal details as requested.
- Redemption Mailer: You will receive a mail with the Voucher Code along with Important Instructions on how to redeem the voucher code.
2. Redeeming on MediBuddy
- Redemption: Follow the steps under Important Instructions mentioned on the mailer, and click on the link provided in the mailer to visit the co-branded MediBuddy page
- Select Package: Choose the available package and click on 'Activate Now'.
- Details: Enter your details including Name, Mobile No., Email ID, Address, Pin code, and Coupon Code, and click on Submit.
- Activation: You will receive an activation email within 24-48 working hours.
- Download the MediBuddy app or visit their website, choose AU Small Finance Bank Benefits in "Switch Benefits" section, and use the services.
