With Fincare Small Finance Bank merging into AU Small Finance Bank, we are migrating systems towards payment channels for your existing Fincare Accounts.
For uninterrupted payment services, kindly follow the simple steps given below:

UPI Transaction:

  • Your existing Fincare Account linked to your current UPI ID will be removed w.e.f. 23/12/2024.
  • You will need to re-register/re-link your existing Fincare Account to your current UPI ID on all UPI Apps that you currently use to continue making & receiving payments.
  • Please complete the re-registration/re-linking 23/12/2024 onwards on your UPI payment Apps like GooglePay, PhonePe, Paytm etc., to continue making and receiving payments via UPI.

Here are the steps:

  • Select the option to “Add Bank Account” in the payment platform app.
  • Choose AU Small Finance Bank from the list of supported banks.
  • The app will fetch your account details linked with the phone number. Select the specific account you wish to link.
  • Enter your Fincare debit card number, expiry date.
  • Set a 4-digit UPI PIN for secure transactions when you get a prompt.
  • Select AU Small Finance Bank as your primary UPI Account after your Account is verified.

Important Note:

You will need to re-authenticate all your Standing Instructions connected to this UPI ID to avoid any disruption to recurring payments.

For re-authentication, visit Autopay section in your profile on Google Pay, or Automatic Payments section in your profile on Paytm, or AutoPay section in your profile in PhonePe or Autopay section in your profile in your relevant UPI Payment Apps.

UPI Lite Account

Please note that UPI Lite wallet linked to your Fincare Account will be deactivated on 21/12/2024. Current Funds will be transferred to your Fincare Account. 

Kindly create your new UPI Lite wallet after 23/12/2024.

Fund Transfer (IFSC Code):

  • Your existing Fincare Account IFSC Code will be INACTIVE w.e.f. 18/01/2025.
  • Your NEW IFSC Code for your existing Fincare Account is AUBL000FNCR.
    In case of any failure, you may use AUBL0002011 as IFSC Code for your existing Fincare Account.
  • Please share this IFSC Code along with your existing Fincare Account number, and your name to your contacts who shall be transferring funds into your existing Fincare Account.
  • Kindly note: They will need to add your account in their Mobile Banking Apps/NetBanking again with the NEW IFSC code to continue making payments to your existing Fincare Account.
  • The Bank to be selected with the new IFSC Code will be AU Small Finance Bank.
  • Please note that cooling periods may apply as per respective banks after your account is added by your payee.
  • Any payment attempted using your existing IFSC shall be rejected from 18/01/2025.
  • The above change is only applicable to NEFT & RTGS fund transfers.

Online Shopping with NetBanking: (Example – Amazon, Myntra, Zomato etc.) 

  1. Option to select Fincare NetBanking on Shopping Apps & Websites will be discontinued w.e.f. from 22/12/2024.
  2. You will need to select “AU Small Finance Bank” NetBanking as option.
  3. Once re-directed to AU 0101 NetBanking, select Fincare NetBanking and login through Fincare credentials.

FAQs

I am unable to do a UPI transaction. What can I do?

You will have to re-register to link your accounts on UPI Payment Apps and create a new 4-digit UPI PIN by selecting AU Small Finance Bank in all platforms (Paytm, Phone-Pe, Google Pay etc.).

Will my existing Fincare Debit Card work to create or reset a UPI ID or 4-digit PIN?

Yes, current Debit Card will be accepted for relinking the bank account.

Does my contact need to add me as a beneficiary again in Mobile Banking & Netbanking for RTGS, NEFT & IMPS transaction?

Yes, your contact (transferring funds to Fincare Account) will need to add you as beneficiary again to initiate any transaction with the new IFSC 'AUBL000FNCR' and the same 14-digit account number. The existing Fincare IFSC will be disabled, and all transactions with the old IFSC will be rejected. You must get the IFSC updated wherever you are registered as a beneficiary.
In case of any failure, you may use AUBL0002011 as IFSC Code for your existing Fincare Account.

If any transaction fails or for any dispute, where should I connect?

You can call Fincare Customer Care at 1800-313-313.

Which application can I use after payments migration?

You can use same applications as existing.

Where can I write an email for queries/complaints related to payment related instances?

Can I receive money using my mobile number?

You will not receive money via your mobile number till the time re-registration on UPI App Id with AU Small Finance Bank is completed.

Will I be able to continue making loan payments using my VPA handle?

Yes, loan payments will continue to work using default VPA address provided, same as before.

Will I as a Loan customer of Fincare still be able to make loan payments using UPI-BBPS from other accounts already linked on UPI Payment Apps like Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay etc.?

Loan payments will continue to work as usual and bank name post entering the loan VPA address will reflect Fincare bank only and payment will be updated in loan account as usual.

Will my Fincare Debit Card work at an AU ATM?

Yes, Fincare Debit Card will work on AU ATM & will be treated as ONUS transaction for withdrawals.

Will my AU Debit Card work on a Fincare ATM?

AU Debit Card will work on Fincare ATM & will be treated as ONUS transaction for withdrawals.

Will there be charges on using Fincare ATM card in AU ATM’s?

Charges will be levied post the free transaction limit as per account variant is utilised and it will be treated as ONUS transaction.

Can I deposit cash at AU ATMs, and vice versa?

Cash Deposit for you on AU ATM will not work.

While linking bank account in Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay etc. Apps, my account details are not showing.

You need to select AU Small Finance Bank from the bank name, it will be processed.

While linking bank account in Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay etc. Apps, am not able to see Fincare bank in the list.

Please select the AU Small Finance Bank from the list and it will be processed.

Will my balance from the wallet be gone or will it continue to be there?

You can use the wallet or UPI Lite balance as usual and you can top it up post re-registration process (Re-linking of account).

Will I be able to transfer funds to AU accounts through the AEPS App at Banking outlets/Merchants?

No, Fincare account holders will not be able to transfer funds to AU account through AEPS App and vice-versa.

How can I top up my UPI Lite wallet?

You will be able to continue doing transactions using your UPI lite wallet. You will have to re-register yourself in case you want to top-up the wallet.

Which account will be used for transactions for common customers with linked Fincare and AU accounts and Aadhaar?

If you have Fincare & AU account linked to Aadhaar, AU account will be considered for transactions.

I am not able to find Fincare Bank in NetBanking option when I am shopping online.

You will now have to select AU Small Finance Bank from the list of Banks for NetBanking while shopping. Once the AU Small Finance Bank NetBanking page opens, you will get the option on the page to go to Fincare NetBanking page. From there, you can complete your regular Fincare Netbanking journey and make the payment.
