How do I generate my Debit Card PIN for the first time?

Once you have received your Debit Card and your account is activated, you can choose to generate your Debit Card PIN in any of the convenient ways detailed below:

A) Through AU Small Finance Bank website

1. Visit the AU Bank website at https://www.au.bank.in/cards/debit-card/manage-debit-card
2. On this page submit your 16 digit card number and expiry details (Month & Year).
3. Post submitting these details provide your customer id and one out of your Date Of Birth or PAN Number.
4. Upon authenticating your details an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
5. Enter your OTP for verification, you will be prompted to enter your new 4-digit Debit Card PIN of choice. Post entering & re-validating the details of your chosen PIN, it will be set as your Debit Card PIN.
6. You can thereafter carry out your subsequent Debit Card transactions using your newly set PIN

B) Through our Customer Care’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

     (Please note that this feature is only available for calls made from registered mobile numbers)

1. You are requested to call our Customer Care toll-free number 1800 1200 1200 through your registered mobile number
2. Post selection of your preferred language, you are requested to select the option of ‘GREEN PIN Reset’
3. Thereafter, you will be prompted to enter your unique customer credentials hence you are requested to keep the following details accessible during the call
   1. Your Customer ID and your 16-digit Account number
   2. Your 16-digit Debit Card number
   3. Your Debit Card’s expiry date in MMYY format (e.g. if expiry date is March 2021, enter 0321)
4. Post validation of the above-mentioned details, you will be prompted to enter & confirm your 4-digit Debit Card PIN of choice
5. Once confirmed, the entered 4-digit PIN will be set as your new Debit Card PIN

C) Through AU Small Finance Bank ATMs

1. You are requested to visit your nearest AU Small Finance Bank ATM
2. Upon authenticating your card at the ATM, you will receive an option to ‘set your Debit Card GREEN PIN’
3. On selecting the mentioned option, you will be sent a 6-digit OTP (One Time Password) on your registered mobile number
4. After entering the OTP sent, you will be prompted to enter your new 4-digit Debit Card PIN of choice. Post entering & re-validating the details of your chosen PIN, it will be set as your Debit Card PIN
5. You can thereafter carry out your subsequent Debit Card transactions using your newly set PIN
