Steps to Claim your Membership
Once you successfully meet the offer criteria, you will receive a communication confirming your qualification for the Taj Epicure Preferred Membership.
Your membership must be claimed within 90 days of receiving the qualification communication. Upon successful claim, membership details will be shared within 7–10 working days.

Important Notes / T&C
- Offer is applicable only for AU ivy Savings & Salary groups onboarded (opened/upgraded) on or before 31 March 2027.
- This offer is available only to resident individual Primary Group IDs associated with AU ivy.
- Offer is applicable only on spends completed using the AU ivy Debit Card of the Primary Group Member.
- Taj Epicure Preferred Membership will be issued to customers who successfully meet the applicable anniversary reward criteria.
- Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
- Only one Taj Epicure Preferred Membership will be issued per AU ivy group.
- Spends completed across all AU ivy Debit Cards linked to the Primary Group Member's Customer ID will be considered.
- Only spends completed during the qualification period will be considered.
- Eligible spends include e-commerce and POS transactions completed using an AU ivy Debit Card.
- ATM withdrawals, reversed transactions, wallet loads, rent payments, gaming, betting and fund transfer/deposit transactions will not be considered for qualification.
- Fuel spends will be capped at ₹10,000 per transaction.
- If the Primary Group ID changes during the anniversary year, the group will no longer remain eligible for the Anniversary Reward.
- A program anniversary marks the completion of 12 months under the AU ivy Program.
- For grouped relationships, the onboarding date of the member with the oldest AU ivy onboarding date will be considered as the group's onboarding date.
- Total Relationship Value (TRV) includes Savings Account AQB, Fixed Deposits with a tenure of 6 months or more, and Mutual Fund AUM held with AU Small Finance Bank.
- Qualified customers will be notified through email from privileges@connect.aubank.in and/or SMS following the anniversary date.
- Customers who successfully meet the eligibility criteria will receive a claim link within 30 days from the anniversary date.
- The offer must be claimed within 90 days from receiving the qualification communication.
- If the offer is not claimed within the specified period, the membership will lapse and cannot be reissued.
