Effective from 1st Aug 2025 subject to maintenance of AU Royale Program eligibility criteria at group level for any three out of six months prior to rent due month. In case the criteria is not met, the bank shall charge locker rental excluding discount. Locker issuance is subject to availability at branch.
Effective 1st October 2024, you will get complimentary lounge benefit only if you spend INR 5,000 or more in previous calendar quarter using AU Royale Debit Card.
Please note that your AU Debit Card can be issued with one of the following networks: Visa, MasterCard, or RuPay. The available network and selection will be determined by AU Small Finance Bank and are subject to applicable terms and conditions.

How to apply
You can apply for the AU Royale Account by reaching out to us in whichever way you feel comfortable:
- Video Banking: You can now open an AU Royale Savings Account through our Video Banking service by clicking here. All you need is your PAN Card & Aadhaar Card.
- Visit your nearest branch: Walk into your closest branch with your KYC documents and passport-sized photographs. You can fill in the application form at the branch to get the process started.
- Call Customer Care: You can also apply for AU Royale Savings Account by calling our customer care number at 1800-1200-1200.
Eligibility
To apply, you must:
- Applicant must be an Indian citizen
- Maintain a cumulative average monthly balance (AMB) more than INR 1 lakh in savings account at a group level or Maintain a Fixed Deposit (FD) of INR 20 lakhs at group level* (tenure >= 6 months)
Fees and charges
- Average Monthly Balance: INR 1 Lakh or Fixed Deposit (FD) of INR 20 lakhs at group level* (tenure >= 6 months)
- Fees for Non‑Maintenance of Balance per month
NIL for M + 3 months (where M is the month of account opening)
6% of shortfall amount of AMB, max‑ INR 600

What does family grouping mean in AU Royale?
A group in an AU Royale program is defined as a family of blood relationships such as parents, children, spouse, siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren. All family members are entitled to the same benefits. A maximum of 6 members are allowed in a group.
What is the balance requirement for maintaining AU Royale and what happens if in case the balance falls below the required limit?
A customer needs to maintain INR 1 Lakh Average Monthly Balance (AMB) in Savings Accounts or Fixed Deposit (FD) of INR 20 lakhs at group level* (tenure >= 6 months) across all family members.
