When is the Card Annual fee charged?

Annual Card fee is charged in subsequent statement after 90 days completion of card set up date, in case retail spends based fee waiver condition is not met. If the Cardholder meets the spends based fee waiver conditions, then the Card Annual fee is waived. Zenith+ Credit card joining membership fee will be charged on card activation.

Example – If the card is set up on 1st January 2021 and statement date is 15th of every month, then the Card Annual fee for 1st year will be charged in 15th April 2021 statement and for 2nd year onwards, it will be charged in 15th January statement. This is applicable when retail spends based fee waiver condition is not met.

What is included in Retail Spends?

Retail spends includes POS (both Contactless and Chip+PIN) and E-com/Online transactions. It does not include other transactions like Loan amount, Cash withdrawal, Balance transfer, any fees & charges including GST.

What is Interest free credit period?

You can enjoy upto 48 days of Interest free credit period on your AU Credit Card. For more details, refer to Most Important Terms & Conditions document.

What are the different Credit Card fees & charges applicable?

What is the fee applicable for Add-on cards?

You can get upto 3 LIFETIME FREE Add on Credit Cards issued to your family members. Annual Card fee is not applicable to Add-on cards.

What is the validity for brand vouchers/membership offers?

The benefits of brand vouchers/memberships can be claimed within 60 days of SMS/Email communication. Once claimed, validity of any specific voucher or membership is applicable as per brand’s terms & conditions. Read them carefully.

What is fuel surcharge and how do I get waiver for it?

Fuel surcharge is the transaction charge levied on Fuel transactions done using Credit Card.
As per fuel surcharge waiver feature, 1% Fuel Surcharge is reversed on your Credit Card within the applicable limits.

What is considered under Utility Bill Payments?

Utility Bill Payments include payments done for your Electricity, Water, Gas, Telephone, DTH, Broadband, Prepaid/Postpaid mobile bills, etc. Please note that VISA defined Merchant Category Codes (MCC) are considered for giving card related benefits.

How can I get access to a Priority Pass Lounge?

You must present your Priority Pass card, issued along with your Vetta, Zenith, Zenith+, ixigo AU, ABC Pro Credit Cards, at the lounge to get access. Please also note that charges of $35+taxes are applicable in below scenarios:

Will I retain my Priority Pass membership if I cancel my AU Credit Card?

In the event of Cardholder cancelling or not renewing his/her AU Credit Card, the Priority Pass Membership ceases to exist for the Cardholder.

Can I get another Priority Pass issued if it is lost/stolen/damaged?

Yes. In event of Lost/Stolen/Damaged Priority Pass Card, please call our Customer Care to get it blocked and request for a replacement. Immediate action is required in event of Lost/Stolen card, to avoid any misuse on the card.
 

Are complimentary visits applicable for Priority Pass Lounges within India?

No, Priority Pass access at participating lounges within India will be chargeable.
 

Do I have to hold a flight ticket to access Priority Pass Lounge?

Yes, lounge access is subject to the Cardholder holding a valid ticket of travel on the same day in an airline flying out of the airport in which the lounge is present.
 

Are the services availed through Concierge chargeable?

Yes. Concierge services are complimentary, however, any booking/third party expense is payable by the cardholder, as applicable.

What is AU Rewardz and what are its benefits?

AU Rewardz is AU Small Finance Bank’s Credit Card Loyalty Rewards Program that makes the banking experience a rewarding journey for Credit Card members by giving them Reward Points for transactions made using AU Credit Card. Under the AU Rewardz Program, the Credit Card member earns Reward Points for using his/her eligible AU Credit Card for shopping, dining, watching movies, paying bills, and more. Such accumulated Reward Points can be redeemed against a wide range of catalogue products and services such as e-gift cards, merchandise, travel tickets, movie tickets, recharges and more.

What is the value of 1 Reward Point?

Value of 1 Reward Point is 0.25 paise for all categories excluding E-vouchers where the value for 1 Reward Point is 0.20 paise. For Zenith+ Value of 1 Reward Point is INR 1.
 

When do Reward Points get credited in my card account after I do a transaction?

Once the transaction is posted in your card account, the eligible Reward Points are credited within 5 working days. To check your latest Reward Points balance, please visit https://rewardz.au.bank.in/

When can I redeem my Reward Points?

You can redeem your Reward Points as of last statement balance on our AU Rewardz site, where you can see your Redeemable Points. Minimum Reward Points required for redemption is 200 points. For Zenith+ Minimum Reward Points required for redemption is 1000 points.
 

Do I get Reward Points or Cashback for doing any type of transactions?

You earn Reward Points or Cashback only for doing POS and Online retail transactions, excluding Cash Withdrawals and Fuel transactions.
Also note that any other transactions like Balance Transfer, EMI, Cash Withdrawals, Charges, etc. are not considered for accruing Cashback or Reward Points.

Is there any charge of doing Reward Points redemption?

A nominal fees of INR 99 + GST will be levied on each successful redemption.
 

Can I combine/transfer my Reward Points if I have multiple cards?

No, you can redeem it individually on a specific card.
 

Do I get Cashback or Reward Points for transactions done on my Add-on card?

Yes, the primary cardholder gets eligible cashback or Reward Points as per card feature, for transactions done on Add-on cards.
 

What is the validity of Reward Points?

Reward Points are valid for 2 years from the specific statement month. Eg:- The Reward Points that you receive in the month of May 2021 statement, if not used, will expire in May 2023.
 

Can I redeem my Reward Points once my Credit Card is closed in bank records?

No, you cannot redeem your Reward Points once your Credit Card is closed in bank records.

What is the feature duration of the LIT Credit Card?

All features are valid for 90 days from the date they are activated. Feature fees for 90 days would be levied on the day customer opts in for the feature except in case of feature selected during application process, in which fee is levied from the date of Card issuance.

Are the features auto renewed on LIT Credit Card?

Except in case of onboarding, all the features are valid for 90 days effective from the day they are activated. Each feature, however, will be designated as auto renewal and will be renewed after 90 days. Customers can disable auto renewal of any feature that has already been selected by visiting the AU 0101 Mobile Banking App. Once disabled, feature would not be renewed post 90 days of existing feature duration.
 

How does feature pricing work on LIT Credit Card?

Pricing shown against each feature during the feature selection journey is applicable for 90 days. Feature fees for 90 days would be levied on the day customer opts for the feature and it will be billed in the upcoming statement. GST will be levied as applicable on the feature fee.

In case a cardholder makes partial payment, can a card-issuer charge interest/levy late payment charges on the total amount due?

In case a cardholder does not clear the total amount due within the payment due date, interest free credit period will be lost, and interest may be levied from the date of transaction on the outstanding amount (adjusted for payments/refunds/reversed transactions as and when credited) and not on the total amount due. Further, late payment fee and other charges relating to delay in payment shall be levied only on the outstanding amount (adjusted for payments/refunds/reversed transactions as and when credited) after the payment due date and not on the total amount due.

How can I ensure timely payment of my AU Credit Card outstanding amount using methods other than Auto Debit?

It's advisable to make the payment at least three days before the Payment Due Date to ensure timely processing. It is crucial for the success of online transactions and the clearance of cheque payments at the bank's end.
 

What if I want to use a different payment mode while my auto-debit is active?

If opting for an alternative payment mode, ensure the payment is completed at least 3 days in advance to avoid payment return charges due to insufficient balance.
 

Why is the three-day buffer important?

The three-day buffer is critical for online transactions and cheque payments. It is considered when generating Auto Debit output against the chosen mandate.
 

How can I receive my AU Credit Card statement?

Credit Card statements are sent to cardholders on Registered E-mail ID and Registered Mobile no. with a link to download it.
Please ensure that your email id is updated for your Credit Card, to receive e-statement on it. In case, you have not received your credit card statement for any month, please get in touch with our Customer Care team.
You will get your Credit Card statement within 3 working days after your statement generation date.

How can I pay my Credit Card bill?

1. For AU Small Finance Bank Account holders

a) AU Small Finance Bank Account holders can pay through AU 0101 App/ NetBanking.

b) Payment can be made through Autopay facility, where basis the standing instruction given, funds can be automatically transferred from the Cardholder’s AU Small Finance Bank account to the Cardholder’s Credit Card account on due date.

c) Payment can be made through AU Small Finance Bank Cheque, by handing it over to any of our branches. The instrument should be payable to AU Credit Card Number xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx. Kindly ensure that it is deposited at least 3 working days before due date.

2. For Non- AU Small Finance Bank Account holders

a) Payment can be made through AU 0101/ NetBanking.

b) Payment can be made by dropping other bank cheque in AU Small Finance Bank branches. The instrument should be payable to AU Credit Card Number xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx. Kindly ensure that it is deposited at least 5 working days before due date in case of Non-AU Small Finance Bank cheque.

What is the Payment Due Date and how do I get to know about it?

Payment Due date is the last date by when the card dues should be credited into your card account. Please ensure to make timely Card due payment to avoid any late payment and interest charges. This date is communicated to cardholders in their monthly Credit card statement.
 

What does Total Amount Due & Minimum Amount Due mean?

Total Amount Due – this is the overall amount due as on the statement date that you are required to pay on or before the payment due date, to avoid any interest charges. It includes your opening balance, new purchases, fees & charges if any, minus of your last payment or any other credits posted.

Minimum Amount Due - is the minimum amount due as of statement date that you are required to pay on or before the payment due date, to avoid late payment charges.

What happens if I do not pay Minimum Amount due by Payment Due date?

If the credit card bill payment is not received by payment due date, it would lead to:
• Levy of late payment fees and interest charges.
• A possible suspension of your card.
• Negative effects on your future financial credentials and a negative score at CIBIL.

What is my Billing cycle and Statement Generation date?

Billing cycle – This is the period for which the statement is generated, that lies between two consecutive statement dates. The Credit Card bill reflects the transactions made during the billing cycle, charges levied, if any and any payment/credits.
Statement Generation date – It is the date on which the Credit Card statement is generated and the same is printed in your Credit Card statement.

I have not received my monthly Credit Card statement, what can I do?

Please write to us on [email protected] or call us at 1800 1200 1500 for assistance. To know your Outstanding amount on Credit Card, you can alternatively check our “AURO” chatbot service on website (under View Card information) or log into our NetBanking or Mobile Banking Application.

How can I place a request for blocking my card?

You can block your card using the below mentioned channels/ways:

  1. AU 0101: Access “Block/Unblock Credit Card” option in Cards->Credit Card section and place the request for Blocking your card.

  2. ChatBot: Access “Block and Reissue Lost/Stolen Card” option in Credit Card services and place request for Blocking your card.

  3. IVR: Call 180012001500 and select the prompt “Report Lost or Stolen card” and follow the steps to place request for Blocking your card.

  4. Email: Directly email us at [email protected]/[email protected] (for Vetta, Zenith & Zenith+ customers) for placing the request to block your card.

  5. Website: Access “Block Lost/Stolen Card” option in Credit Cards section and place request for Blocking your card.

How can I place the request to get my Lost/Stolen/Damaged card replaced?

Please call our Customer Care 1800 1200 1500 and place a request. Card Replacement charges of Rs.100 + taxes are applicable. For Zenith+ Card Replacement charges of Rs.2,500 + taxes are applicable.
 

Is there any change in my Credit Card number in case of card replacement?

In case you card was Lost/Stolen – The replaced card will have a new card number.

In case you card is Damaged – The replaced card will have the same card number as your old card.

• Call our Customer Care No. 1800 1200 1500 and Enable or Disable Transaction Types on the IVR service.

When will I receive my Credit Card after I have applied?

You will receive SMS intimation on your approved Card Application and subsequently for Card dispatch and Card delivery. Card is delivered within 7 working days. For any assistance, call us on 1800 1200 1500.
 

If my Card got returned, how do I again request for Card delivery?

Please call us on 1800 1200 1500.
 

Why do my Online/International/Contactless/POS transactions get declined?

This might happen due to multiple reasons:

1) You might have not enabled your Online/International/Contactless/POS transaction type. Please click here to enable it or enable it on our IVR number 1800 1200 1500.
2) You might have utilized the overall Credit Limit on your card, please regularize your card by making payment and you can again use the Card for transactions.

How do I raise the request for my Credit Card closure?

You can follow any of the steps below:

• Visit our website www.aubank.in > use our Chatbot service AURO > Credit Card services > Raise request through ‘Credit Card Closure’.
• Call our customer care no. 1800 1200 1500 and raise request for card closure.
• Raise card closure request by sending email at [email protected]/[email protected] (for Vetta & Zenith customers)

Card closure request will be accepted through the channels mentioned above only. Once request is received, it will be processed within 7 working days.

Why was my Credit Card closed after 37 days of issuance?

As per RBI guidelines, a Credit Card must be activated within 37 days of issuance. Otherwise, the card will be closed and can’t be reinstated.
